SDB BUY / Policies

Clear terms for a dependable supply relationship.

These terms explain the general conditions for using SDB BUY’s website and enquiring about SDB BUY products, single-unit orders, dropshipping, bulk purchases and agreed holding of purchased stock. Each transaction may also have its own written quotation, order confirmation or service agreement.

Before committing to a transaction, review the applicable product details, total price, shipping arrangement, payment instructions and any product-specific or fulfilment terms provided by SDB BUY. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

1. Using the website

You may use the website to browse published product information, ask questions, submit sourcing or reseller enquiries, and place an order where checkout is enabled. You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, protect any order-access details sent to you, and avoid attempts to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to the service.

The website may be updated, restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page or service will be available for every product, country or customer.

2. Product information, availability and quotations

Product descriptions, images, variant details, stock indicators and other listing information are provided to help you evaluate a product. Information may change as product details and inventory are checked. A listing or enquiry does not, by itself, guarantee stock, reserve a quantity or confirm a dispatch date.

A quotation should identify the products or services covered, quantity, price, currency, delivery or fulfilment charges, applicable conditions and its validity where relevant. Unless a written quote states otherwise, an enquiry is not an accepted purchase commitment. The specific written quotation, order confirmation or signed service agreement governs the details it expressly covers.

3. Orders, prices and manual payments

For eligible products and destinations, checkout displays the current configured price, delivery option and calculated total before you submit an order. A successful submission creates an order record. It does not mean that a bank or wallet transfer has been received, that a receipt has been verified, or that inventory has been physically reserved unless this is expressly confirmed by SDB BUY.

Use only the payment method and account details shown in the instructions for your order. If a transfer receipt or transaction reference is requested, submitting it is evidence for review, not proof that funds have cleared. SDB BUY verifies manual payments before fulfilment proceeds. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment-card details through enquiry forms or support messages.

A price or payment amount may need to be reconfirmed if the product, quantity, delivery destination, payment method or order details change. If SDB BUY cannot proceed with a submitted order, we will communicate the available next steps and handle any payment received in line with the transaction terms and applicable law.

4. Wholesale, dropshipping, storage and fulfilment

SDB BUY supplies its own products for single-unit orders, dropshipping and bulk purchases. Bulk products purchased from SDB BUY may be held for later dispatch under a written arrangement. These options are not automatically available for every product or destination.

Holding arrangements cover only products purchased from SDB BUY. Agree the purchased quantity, holding period, charges, stock records, packaging, dispatch instructions, returns handling and responsibility for loss or damage in writing. SDB BUY does not accept arbitrary third-party stock.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, creating a listing, asking for a quote or selecting a product on this website does not make SDB BUY responsible for every part of your own seller operation.

5. Your responsibilities as a seller

  • Make accurate product claims and comply with the law and the policies of the marketplaces, web stores and advertising channels you use.
  • Confirm product specifications, permitted claims, stock, delivery timing and customer-facing promises before publishing or accepting an order on your own store.
  • Use customer names, addresses and contact details for dropshipping only where you have a valid basis to share them for fulfilment and have provided any notices required by law.
  • Pay agreed product, delivery, storage, handling and other charges when due.
  • Provide accurate destination and customs information and meet import, tax, product-safety, labelling and licensing requirements that apply to your business.

6. Images, descriptions and intellectual property

Website content, product photographs, logos, written descriptions and downloadable assets may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may download and reuse an asset only where SDB BUY expressly provides permission, and only within the applicable scope. Access to an image or listing does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted commercial rights.

You are responsible for checking whether your use of product information, trademarks and images is permitted by the rights holder and the platform where you publish it. Do not remove rights notices, misrepresent product approval, or imply an endorsement or relationship that has not been authorized.

7. Cancellations, returns and disputes

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on the product, transaction, dispatch stage, written terms and applicable law. Contact SDB BUY as soon as possible if you need to cancel or report an issue. A request is not approved until SDB BUY confirms the next step; do not return goods without return instructions.

For damaged, missing or incorrect items, keep the goods and packaging where practical and provide the order number, a description and supporting photographs. Any inspection, return-shipping arrangement, refund amount and timing will be communicated for the individual case.

8. Third-party services and legal limits

Product supply, shipping, customs clearance, marketplace access and electronic communications may involve third-party providers. Their own terms and operational limits may apply. SDB BUY does not control third-party marketplace decisions, customs decisions or carrier operations.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, SDB BUY is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, marketplace account penalties or expected profits arising from factors outside the service expressly agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Updates and transaction-specific terms

Website content and these general terms may be updated. The version and transaction documents applicable to a specific order should be retained with that order. If a signed agreement or written order confirmation expressly sets a different rule for that transaction, it will apply to the extent permitted by law.

The responsible contracting entity, governing law, formal notice address and dispute-resolution process should be identified in the applicable contract or finalized business terms. Contact SDB BUY before proceeding if any material condition is unclear.
