Choose the right fulfilment route

Bulk orders are quoted according to the products, quantities, source, destination and delivery service required. For eligible products, single-unit dropshipping may allow an order to be dispatched to your customer instead of being sent to you first. This depends on confirmed product availability, destination eligibility and an agreed fulfilment arrangement.

Bulk products purchased from SDB BUY may be held for later dispatch by agreement. Confirm the purchased quantities, holding period, charges and dispatch instructions in writing. We do not accept unrelated third-party inventory for storage.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on destination, shipment size and weight, product characteristics, the dispatch location and the available carrier or delivery service. For an eligible checkout order, the available configured delivery options and charge are shown before you submit the order. Bulk and agreed later-dispatch requests may require a separate quotation.

An estimate is a planning guide, not a guaranteed arrival date unless SDB BUY explicitly confirms a guarantee in writing. Customs checks, weather, carrier capacity, public holidays, incorrect addresses and other events outside the fulfilment process may affect transit.

Stock, dispatch and tracking

A product listing or stock indicator is not a promise that every quantity can be dispatched immediately. SDB BUY confirms the applicable stock source and dispatch plan for your order. A location marked as coming soon, unavailable or not operational must not be treated as available inventory.

Tracking information is supplied when a carrier or fulfilment process provides a valid reference. If tracking is not yet available, or a shipment appears delayed, contact SDB BUY with your order number. A tracking status is information from the fulfilment or carrier process and may not reflect the parcel's precise location in real time.

Your part in a successful delivery

• Provide a complete and accurate recipient name, address, phone number and delivery instructions.
• Review the confirmed products, quantities, destination, delivery charge and estimated timeline before accepting a quote or placing an order.
• For dropshipping, make sure the delivery details and any packaging or documentation requirements are agreed before the order is dispatched.
• Tell SDB BUY promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged, incomplete or delivered to the wrong address; keep the packaging and take photographs where relevant.
• Check whether import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees or other destination charges are payable by you or the recipient under the agreed order terms.

International orders, duties and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs rules, import restrictions, duties, taxes and clearance fees imposed by the destination authorities. Unless the written quotation or order confirmation says otherwise, these charges are not assumed to be included in the displayed product or delivery price.

The buyer or designated importer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and for paying charges allocated to them under the agreed terms. SDB BUY will clarify the proposed shipping arrangement when the quote is prepared, but cannot guarantee that a customs authority will release a shipment by a particular date.
